A singing weekend in Oprtalj, in the heart of Istria (30., 31. 5. and 1. 6. 2025)

We invite you to join us for a special "Singing Weekend" - a small retreat in beautiful Oprtalj, in the heart of Istria, where we will uncover our voices, relax and enjoy nature in good company.

By doing exercises according to the principles of the School for the Uncovering the Voice, we will have the opportunity to connect more deeply with our voice, as well as experience the joy of singing in a group.

Working language Croatian and English.

Friday, May 30, 2025.

17:00 – 19:00 Singing workshop

19:00 - Dinner

Upon arrival in Oprtalj, we will gather, get to know each other, and begin a workshop that will introduce us to a singing weekend.
After the workshop, we'll have dinner together and a walk through the charming streets of Oprtalj to the viewpoint, where we will enjoy the starry sky and the silence of the night.

Saturday, May 31, 2025.

8:00 - 9:00 - Breakfast
9:00 - 11:30 – Singing workshop
13:00 - Lunch in Grožnjan

After the workshop, we head for lunch in Grožnjan, one of the most beautiful Istrian towns, where we will have lunch in a local tavern and then go on a guided trip to the Butori waterfall and the Istrian desert, where we will enjoy untouched nature and peace.
17:00 -19:00 - Afternoon workshop
19:00 - Dinner
We end the day with dinner and a pleasant evening in the company of new friends.

Sunday, June 1, 2025.
8:00 - 9:00 - Breakfast

9:00 -11:30 – Final part of the workshop
The last day is reserved for the final part of the workshop, a reflection on everything we have experienced and learned, and we head back happy and fulfilled.

The package price of €225 includes:

Singing workshops
2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday) and 2 dinners (Friday and Saturday) – vegetarian or vegan option

Kitchen available throughout the weekend
Guided tour Grožnjan, Butori waterfall and Istrian desert
2 nights in group accommodation in Oprtlje (triple and quadruple rooms)

The price does not include transportation to/from Oprtalj and lunch in Grožnjan. To register, you must pay the registration fee by May 12, 2025, with the note: "for a singing weekend" in the amount of 75 euros to the account HR3723400091160784886 at Privredna banka.

In case you have accommodation and food in your own arrangement, the price for the seminar and excursion is 150 euros.
